Now the app Ballerina is not a game, more like an entertainment app. I know a lot of entertainment apps in the App Store are crappy, but this is far from that.
So basically this app is meant to amaze you. If you tilt around the center of the screen, it will give off a 3D holographic effect. You can also see the effect if you look straight down the screen of your device.
Another cool thing of this app is that it changes color. It will start blue and then slowly change to green and purple.
Overall Ballerina is an excellent app to entertain people and very pleasing to your eye. It’s currently $0.99.
This video demonstrates it well:

Last week Apple rejected the weekly PocketGod update so the devs decided to combine last weeks update with this week’s update! The first thing they added was the ability for your islanders/pygmies to fish. Just select the “island” from the dock and under it you’ll find a picture of a fish. A fishing pole will drop down. Immediately one of your islanders will go over, pick the pole up, and sit down. Sometimes he’ll catch a fish for one of your islanders to eat, but beware: the shark will bite on your pole and drag your pygmie into the sea and to his doom! Also when you catch a fish, you can then “fish-slap” one of your islanders.
The second feature Bolt Creative added was the ability to add an anthill on your island and an intense magnifying glass. Poke the anthill a couple of times to anger the ants and get them running around the anthill. Once you do that, touch the anthill and drag to create a line in any direction for your ants to scurry to. Now here’s the cool part, with the magnifying glass you can fry the ants or even your islanders! Just drag it above the ant or islander and make sure the light is shining on them. If you do it right your ant should burn and die in seconds while your pygmie catches on fire and suffers a painful death.
Also in this update comes the integration of Feint. You’ll be able to chat to other players in the many chatrooms. Currently as I’m typing this, Feint is temporarily unavailable. It will be back shortly.
So that’s basically PocketGod Update 1.11- Something’s Fishy! + March of the Fire Ants!

Sometimes when your down, a quick puzzle is all you need. Blocked by Joel Rosenberg is exactly what you need. If you’ve ever played Rush Hour, this is exactly like that except without the cars. Instead this game uses blocks. Not only is this game perfect for short periods of time, this game can also keep you occupied for large amounts of time with its 100 levels of touch and drag action.
If you have no idea how to play Blocked, don’t worry as anybody can learn how to play this game even without instructions. The gameplay is really simple, all you have to do is move the gray blocks out of the way so the blue block has a path out. Although this might sound very simple, don’t be fooled. The levels start out very easy but gradually increase in difficulty. Blocked has five levels of difficulty: Easy, Medium, Hard, Harder, and Hardest.
The only negative of this game is that there are absolutely no music and sound effects. I guess you could just listen to your own music, but we all have to agree sound effects and music would be nice. Other than that, there isn’t really any other complaint from me.
In the end Blocked is a solid game that will keep your brain thinking and you hooked. At some times you can’t even quit the game because your too engaged in the game. This game is just $0.99 and literally does not take any room on your iPod or iPhone. I’m not forcing you to buy this game, but this simple game is just a gem that sticks out of the 30,000+ games on the App Store.

Antair Corporation has just recently released a new Easter themed Sneezies game. Just like the original Sneezies it has the same gameplay. But in this game it now has new graphics all at a low price, $0.99. Since this game is basically the same as the first Sneezies, I won’t be providing a review for this. Instead just read our original Sneezies review for details about it->
If you want to be in the Easter spirit, I definitely recommend the Easter Sneezies Edition. You’ll get more levels to play and more cuteness taking you over. Really consider this to be your next app purchase.

UPDATE: Congrats Donburns99 for winning Bugz! I’ll email you the code as soon as possible. I picked a name out of a hat in case you wondered how I came up with the winner
I know a lot of people out there hate bugs, but this game about bugs is not a game you should hate. Bugz has very similar gameplay to another game, Sneezies. Your main and only objective is to pop as many “Bugz” as possible by starting a chain reaction of bugz popping. To acheive this, simply tap the screen to make a pop that will expand and shrink again. If your pop hits another bug it will pop it and start a chain reaction effect.
Beware, this game is very addicting. I know I’ve said a lot of games are addicting, but this game goes beyond addicting. In every level you have to pop a number of Bugz before you can move on to the next level. Don’t worry if you think you have a number of lives to deal with, as there are no lives in this game. If you can’t reach the goal you can always try the level again to see if you can pass it. Play through a whopping 102 levels in Bugz.
In Bugz you have to set up a profile first. Don’t worry as there is no hassle in setting this up, all you have to do is enter your name. With this profile you’ll be able save and load your current state quickly. In this proflie you can also view your own stats and an online high score table from throughout the world.
As you progress through this game, you’ll face more obstacles. There is a special colored bug that you need to pop in order to move on to the next level. A flower will hinder the bugz by moving in erratic patterns. If they get too close to the bugz, they will stop and eat them.
Another thing I have to give Bugz credit to is the great soundtrack. The soundtrack suits the gameplay almost as if they were meant to be together. But if you don’t like it, you can always use your own hip music.
Overall this is a game that is as addicting as crack from Didev Studios. You’ll be popping bugs for hours and trying to set new high scores to compete with the rest of the world. This game is only $0.99 right now so you should pick this up immediately. You’ll definitely not turn back and think this game was a bad purchase.

The people who created Jiggle Balls, Funky Visions, have recently just sent an update out for their app. In the update they improved Jiggle Ball’s graphics. Here are some screenshots of the new and improved Jiggle Balls:
Recently I reviewed Jiggle Balls here-> http://bit.ly/REiVq. I said it needed a couple of improvements, such as better graphics. And Funky Visions delivered. So I’m going to give Funky Visions a new grade of 4 out of 5 for their hard work.
